Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and a secure password. Confirm you're 18 or older, tick the Terms and Conditions box, and click Continue. You'll receive a 6-digit OTP on your mobile to complete verification. The whole process takes under two minutes. Once verified, your Card Rummy account is active and you can make your first PKR deposit.

Yes – Card Rummy is strictly 18+. Age is verified through CNIC-based identity checks. Any account where the player cannot confirm they are 18 or over is blocked immediately. This is non-negotiable and applies to every registered Card Rummy player regardless of location within Pakistan.

No. Each player is permitted one Card Rummy account only. Multiple accounts are a breach of our Terms and Conditions. If duplicate accounts are detected, both are closed and any balance is forfeited. If you've accidentally created two accounts, contact [email protected] immediately to resolve it before any action is taken.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. Log in to your Card Rummy account, go to Account Settings → Identity Verification, and upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) along with a selfie holding the document. Verification is typically completed within a few hours during business days. You'll receive an SMS and email confirmation when your account is verified.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your registered mobile number or email. Card Rummy will send reset instructions via SMS or email. Follow the link or use the OTP to set a new password. Alternatively, you can log in directly using OTP login – tap "SMS OTP" on the login page, enter your mobile number, and use the one-time code to access your account without a password.

To close your account, email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Account Closure Request". Our team will confirm your identity, process any remaining PKR balance as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, and close the account. Alternatively, if you'd like a temporary break, the cool-off period or self-exclusion tool in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming is the faster option.
Deposits & Withdrawals

Card Rummy supports all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in PKR with no currency conversion fees. New payment methods are added regularly – check the Cashier section of your account for the current full list.

The minimum deposit at Card Rummy is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may have their own limits – for example, Easypaisa and JazzCash wallets have daily transaction caps set by the mobile wallet providers. For larger deposits via IBFT or bank card, higher limits apply. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Card Rummy account instantly – the moment the mobile wallet transfer completes. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers are also near-instant. IBFT bank transfers typically take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually confirmed within a few minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal processing times at Card Rummy depend on the method chosen. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. IBFT bank transfers usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Withdrawals are only processed after identity verification (KYC) is complete on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

Card Rummy does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. All PKR transactions between your Card Rummy account and your Pakistani payment method are fee-free on our side. Note that your mobile wallet provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) or bank may apply their own transaction charges – these are outside Card Rummy's control and vary by provider.

First check that the payment completed successfully on your mobile wallet app or bank statement. If the money left your account but hasn't appeared in your Card Rummy balance after the expected timeframe, email [email protected] with your registered mobile number, the deposit amount in PKR, the payment method used, the date and time of the transaction, and the transaction reference number. Our team resolves missing deposit queries within a few hours.
Rummy Card Games

Card Rummy offers three main rummy formats: Points Rummy (each game settles in a single round based on a points value per chip), Pool Rummy (players are eliminated when they reach a set score – 101 or 201 points), and Deals Rummy (a fixed number of deals are played and the player with the most chips at the end wins). All formats are available at multiple stake levels denominated in PKR.

Yes. Card Rummy uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all card games including rummy and poker. The RNG is independently audited to ensure that card dealing is completely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, other players, or any external factor. The outcome of every hand is determined purely by chance, which is the standard requirement for certified fair gaming.

Card Rummy has rummy tables at a wide range of PKR stake levels to suit players of all budgets. Entry-level points rummy tables start from very low chip values, while higher-stakes tables are available for experienced players. The full table lobby with current stake options is visible when you log in to your Card Rummy account. Stake ranges are updated periodically based on player demand.

If you lose your internet connection during a Card Rummy game, the system detects the disconnection and gives you a short reconnection window. Return to the app or browser and log back in – you'll be returned to your active table if the window hasn't expired. If the reconnection window passes without you rejoining, the game resolves as a drop and your account is updated accordingly. We recommend using a stable connection during rummy sessions.

Yes. The Card Rummy platform is fully mobile-responsive and works on any Android or iOS device through your phone's browser – no app download required. The rummy interface is specifically optimised for mobile screens and works well on Pakistani network speeds including 4G and 3G connections. If you have a stable data connection, you can play rummy from anywhere in Pakistan.
PSL & Cricket Betting

Card Rummy covers PSL, international T20s, ODIs and Test matches with over 100 markets per fixture. Popular markets include match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total sixes, total fours, player of the match, and ball-by-ball in-play markets. Yes – in-play (live) betting is available on PSL matches and most international cricket fixtures at Card Rummy. Odds are updated ball-by-ball in real time. You can place bets on the current over, the next wicket, runs in the next 5 overs and many other live markets while the match is ongoing. In-play betting markets close briefly around each ball and reopen instantly after the outcome.

Card Rummy displays decimal odds for all betting markets. The odds reflect the probability of each outcome as assessed by our trading team and are updated in real time based on match conditions, team news and betting volumes. If a PSL match is abandoned before the minimum overs required for a valid DLS result, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes are returned to your Card Rummy PKR balance. If the match reaches the DLS minimum and a result is determined under DLS, bets settle on that official result. In-play bets placed after the minimum overs threshold has been reached settle on the official result. Specific void rules are detailed in the Card Rummy Terms and Conditions.

Yes. Alongside cricket and PSL betting, Card Rummy offers betting markets on football (Premier League, Champions League, international fixtures), tennis, kabaddi and other major sports. All sports betting markets settle in PKR. Full details of available sports are listed on the Sports Betting page.
Poker

Card Rummy's poker lobby offers Texas Hold'em as the main format, available as cash games, sit-and-go tournaments and multi-table tournaments (MTTs). Buy-ins and blinds are denominated in PKR. Tables range from micro-stakes for beginners to higher-stakes games for experienced players. Additional poker variants may be added – check the Poker page for current game types and scheduled tournaments.

Card Rummy's poker uses a certified RNG for all card dealing and shuffling. Our anti-collusion system monitors betting patterns across tables and flags accounts where coordinated play is detected. Players found colluding – for example, sharing hole card information or soft-playing to funnel chips – face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of winnings. Fair play is a core part of the Card Rummy experience and is actively enforced.

Card Rummy charges a small rake on cash game poker pots – this is the standard way online poker rooms operate. The rake percentage and cap vary by stake level and are displayed in the table information before you sit down. Tournament poker at Card Rummy charges a standard entry fee (buy-in + fee) which is displayed clearly on the tournament lobby screen. No hidden charges apply.
Bonuses & Promotions

Card Rummy offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first PKR deposit. The current welcome offer, including the bonus amount and wagering requirements, is displayed on the promotions section of your account after registration. Bonus terms and wagering requirements are clearly stated before you opt in. We recommend reading the full bonus terms – available in the Promotions tab after you register – before claiming.

A wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement) is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you need to place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before withdrawing bonus-related winnings. All Card Rummy bonus wagering requirements are stated clearly in the promotion terms displayed before you claim.

Card Rummy's refer-a-friend programme rewards you with PKR bonuses when friends register using your unique referral code and make their first deposit. There is no limit on the number of friends you can refer.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Your Card Rummy account shows your real-money balance and bonus balance separately. Only your real-money balance is available for immediate withdrawal. Once you've met the wagering requirements for a bonus, any resulting winnings move to your real-money balance and become withdrawable via your preferred PKR payment method.
Responsible Gaming

Log in to your Card Rummy account and go to My Account → Responsible Gaming. Select "Deposit Limits" and set your preferred daily, weekly or monthly PKR limit. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling period to protect you from impulsive decisions. Deposit limits are one of the most effective tools for keeping your Card Rummy activity within your personal budget.

Self-exclusion closes your Card Rummy account for a period you choose: 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or permanently. It activates within minutes of your request. During exclusion you cannot log in or deposit. Any PKR balance is returned to your registered payment method. The exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. A cool-off period is a short temporary break from Card Rummy – typically 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or bet, but the account remains open and no balance changes occur. It's the right tool when you want a short break without committing to a longer exclusion. Self-exclusion, by contrast, is a formal account restriction for 30 days to permanent. Both are available in My Account → Responsible Gaming and both activate immediately.
