Terms and Conditions – Card Rummy Pakistan Betting Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Card Rummy platform – including its website, mobile interface, card game lobby and sports betting section – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all Card Rummy users regardless of how they access the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by Card Rummy's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific rules that apply to individual games or betting markets. Where a specific rule conflicts with these general terms, the specific rule takes precedence for that particular game or market.

Card Rummy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The most current version is always available on this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via the contact information associated with their account. Continued use of Card Rummy after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use Card Rummy, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Card Rummy is strictly an 18+ platform. Underage gambling is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be a real individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems and bots may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a Card Rummy employee in a role that provides access to operational data.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide truthful, accurate information during registration. Providing false information to gain access to Card Rummy is grounds for immediate account closure.

Card Rummy may request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. This may include a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or other documentation. Until verification is completed, Card Rummy may restrict account functionality including withdrawals.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one Card Rummy account only. Creating duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, different names or through any technical method to disguise the connection – is strictly prohibited. Card Rummy actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close any that are identified, retaining any balances pending investigation.

When registering your Card Rummy account, you must provide a valid Pakistani mobile number and accurate personal details. Your mobile number is used for account verification and, where applicable, for transaction confirmations via Easypaisa, JazzCash or NayaPay. Providing a number that does not belong to you is a violation of these terms.

• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Card Rummy will never ask for your password via email, chat or telephone.
• Any activity conducted through your Card Rummy account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately at [email protected].
• Card Rummy accounts cannot be transferred, sold or shared with another person under any circumstances.
• Account names and details must match the name on your payment method. Payments made from accounts in a different name may be returned pending verification.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Card Rummy processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposit and withdrawal
• NayaPay – digital wallet deposit and withdrawal
• SadaPay – digital wallet deposit and withdrawal
• IBFT Bank Transfer – direct interbank transfer in PKR
• Visa / Mastercard – debit card issued by a Pakistani bank

The minimum deposit at Card Rummy is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification tier – these are displayed in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Card Rummy does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts that do not match your registered name. Standard withdrawal processing time is 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on the payment method and time of request.

Card Rummy reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large deposits or withdrawals. This may require you to provide source of funds documentation before a withdrawal is processed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and is not a reflection of any suspicion regarding your account.

5Sports Betting Rules

Card Rummy offers sports betting across a range of markets including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis and other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movements.
• The minimum stake per bet is Rs 200. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Card Rummy may suspend in-play markets at any time during a match for operational reasons without prior notice.
• All cricket bets – including PSL betting – settle based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC or equivalent). Card Rummy does not accept unofficial or social media-sourced results.
• If a match is abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play (as defined in specific market rules), bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• DLS-adjusted results in rain-affected cricket matches are treated as official results for all match winner markets. Over and run-total markets for overs not bowled will be voided.
• Card Rummy does not accept bets placed by persons with insider knowledge of an event. Any account found to have done so will be suspended and winnings may be withheld pending investigation.

Detailed sport-specific and market-specific rules are available within each betting market on the Card Rummy platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing a bet. Card Rummy's decision on the settlement of any disputed market is final.

6Card Games Rules

Card Rummy's card game lobby includes rummy, poker and other table game variants. The following rules apply across all card games on the platform:

• All card games at Card Rummy use certified random number generation (RNG) to determine card distribution and game outcomes. The RNG is independently verified to ensure fairness.
• Collusion between players – coordinating cards, sharing hands or communicating game information – is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that plays on your behalf is strictly prohibited. Card Rummy employs bot detection and will close accounts found to be using such tools.
• Chip dumping – deliberately losing to transfer chips or credits to another player – is a prohibited activity that violates these terms.
• Game-specific rules, including hand rankings, valid moves and winning conditions, are displayed within each game. Players are expected to understand these rules before joining a table.
• Minimum and maximum buy-ins per table are displayed in the game lobby. Card Rummy does not allow players to purchase additional chips mid-hand except where the table rules explicitly permit it.

Card Rummy reserves the right to replay game logs to investigate disputes. Game decisions made by the RNG are final and cannot be reversed unless a verifiable technical fault is identified. In the event of a technical fault, the affected hand may be voided and stakes returned.

7Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Card Rummy offers bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and seasonal offers tied to PSL and major cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated with each offer:

• Bonuses are credited in PKR to your Card Rummy account. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be played through before they can be withdrawn as real money. The specific requirement is stated for each offer.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational play. Card Rummy reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed through coordinated or abusive behaviour.
• Each eligible promotion can be claimed once per player, per household and per shared device unless otherwise stated. Card Rummy may verify this through account details, device fingerprinting or payment method information.
• Winnings generated from free bets are credited as real-money funds subject to the wagering requirement stated with that specific offer.
• Card Rummy may modify, cancel or expire a promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active offer will not have their terms changed retroactively.

8Responsible Gaming

Card Rummy is committed to responsible gaming. We provide every registered player with tools to manage their play, and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available in your account settings:

• Deposit Limits – set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits – set a maximum net loss for a defined period. Once reached, Card Rummy blocks further bet placement until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders – receive a notification when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Reality Checks – periodic on-screen reminders showing how long you have been playing and your net position for that session.
• Self-Exclusion – voluntarily exclude yourself from Card Rummy for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or permanently. Exclusions activate within minutes and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Card Rummy. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification
• Using Card Rummy for money laundering or any other financial crime
• Attempting to manipulate odds, game outcomes or the RNG through any technical means
• Colluding with other players in card games to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play or bet on Card Rummy
• Placing bets with knowledge of inside information not available to the general public
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated accounts or artificial wagering patterns
• Attempting to access Card Rummy's systems or data beyond what is required for normal platform use
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or Card Rummy staff

10Account Suspension & Closure

Card Rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Situations that may result in suspension include:

• Suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete required identity or payment verification within the specified timeframe
• Suspicious financial activity requiring investigation
• A player's request for self-exclusion or account closure
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations that prevent Card Rummy from maintaining the account

If your account is suspended for investigation, Card Rummy will contact you via your registered contact details. We aim to complete investigations within 14 working days, though complex cases may take longer. If the investigation concludes with no policy breach, your account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Card Rummy platform – including but not limited to the website design, user interface, logos, game assets, written content, odds displays and marketing materials – is the intellectual property of Card Rummy or its licensed suppliers.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any Card Rummy content without prior written permission. Scraping odds data, game content or any other platform data through automated means is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of applicable law.

12Limitation of Liability

Card Rummy provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from technical errors.

• Card Rummy is not liable for any loss arising from a temporary service outage, provided that affected bets are voided and stakes returned where appropriate.
• Card Rummy is not liable for losses arising from a player's decision to place a bet or play a card game on the platform. Gambling involves financial risk and players accept this risk when they use the platform.
• In the event of an error in odds or game information (a "palpable error"), Card Rummy reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the bet has already settled.
• Card Rummy is not liable for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks or card networks.

Nothing in these Terms limits Card Rummy's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

13Privacy & Data

Card Rummy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary: Card Rummy uses your data to manage your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations and personalise your experience on the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory authorities only as required.

14Amendments to These Terms

Card Rummy may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via their account email address or SMS, and we will post a notice on the Card Rummy platform for a minimum of 14 days following any material change.

If you do not accept the revised terms, you may close your account before the changes take effect by contacting [email protected]. Continued use of Card Rummy after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
